This role reports into the FiPay Testing Team Manager and is responsible for coordinating and executing payment software certifications. As a domain authority, you will interface and collaborate with internal and external functional teams to certify market-ready VeriFone products.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating and executing payment software certifications with financial and non-financial acquiring institutions
  • Collaborating with engineers and acquirer representatives to understand product requirements
  • Triage and reporting failed test cases to development departments
  • Documenting certification defects in JIRA and working with the development team to take corrective actions

To succeed in this role, you should have a recognized Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. You should also have working knowledge of EMV transactions processing and test tools.

A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is essential for this role, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable working within a deadline-driven environment and be flexible to work overtime when needed.
