Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at SEOUL RESTAURANT. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements for realization.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and training.
