About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Club Manager to join our team at Chris Kim Health Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and manage programs and services that meet the needs of our members, including fitness classes, workshops, and events.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical and professional advice to our team members, including fitness instructors, coaches, and support staff.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop policies and procedures to implement programs and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit professional coaches and athletes to lead our programs and services.
  • Program Administration: Organize and administer national and provincial programs, including training, coaching, and officiating.
  • Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of our health club, including budgeting, revenue management, and expense control.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as kinesiology, exercise science, or business administration.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a health club or fitness center setting.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
