About the Position

The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation at Thompson Rivers University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in Organizational Behaviour, with a preferred starting date of July 1, 2025. We encourage applicants from all areas of OB, but preference will be given to an Organizational scholar with a Business Ethics or Corporate Social Responsibility background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an active research agenda while teaching five sections per academic year.
  • Teach Organizational Behaviour and/or Business Ethics courses from within the undergraduate and graduate programs offered on-campus in Kamloops, BC.
  • Make a strong ongoing service contribution to the department, school, university, and/or the broader community.
