Medical Oncologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team at the Dr. Douglas A. MacIntosh Cancer Clinic in Belleville, Ontario. As a member of our Internal Medicine team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cancer program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical oncology services to patients with malignant hematology and solid tumors
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in academic and clinical work, including shared call duties and admissions
  • Contribute to the development of our cancer program and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Royal College Certification in Internal Medicine or equivalent
  • Completion of sub-specialty training in Medical Oncology with eligibility for APP under the ONT MOA agreement
  • Eligibility for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • CMPA coverage
