Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join our IDEA team at Global Functions Technology (GFT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complete end-to-end solutions using GenAI capabilities.

Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to design best-in-class technology solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team that supports various businesses and will have the opportunity to work with different kinds of datasets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on application design, coding, and deployment
  • Liaison with business partners to deliver solutions based on clients' needs
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain applications that leverage LLMs
  • Maintain code quality and best practices across the stack
  • Support and maintain the team application suites on various technical infrastructures and architectures

You will collaborate with data scientists, quantitative analysts, software engineers, data engineers, and domain experts to collect requirements and establish project goals. Additionally, you will manage multiple complex projects, identifying dependencies and working on parallel tracks independently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field at the Bachelor's or Master's level
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on NodeJS and/or Python backend development
  • 3+ years of experience using React and Redux frameworks
  • Familiarity with integrating REST APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, while exhibiting high enthusiasm to tackle complex challenges
