Valor Management Inc. is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a carpenter and construction specialist. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Work at heights and outdoors in a construction environment
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in carpentry and construction
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- Own tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and a safety vest
- Reliability, team player, and punctuality
What We Offer:
- 40 hours per week
