We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that food and beverages meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
