Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Punjab Grocery and Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 employees, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations and meet sales targets.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate activities to ensure a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent work term.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
