Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security controls and policies to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions.
  • Design and implement security frameworks and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Security, with a focus on IAM and RBAC.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing security controls and policies.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, including NIST and FFIEC.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
