We are a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the overall integrity of our financial systems.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

You will have the opportunity to work with our accounting software, MS Excel, and QuickBooks, and develop your skills in these areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and QualificationsEssential Skills:
  • Accounting knowledge and experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
