Overview

As a Product Manager, Aeroplan at TD Bank, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Aeroplan program and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for championing the development and implementation of programs, initiatives, capabilities, product enhancements, and services to grow the Aeroplan program within Credit Cards and across the bank. This includes owning end-to-end accountability for product portfolios' performance, developing core strategies for these products, and overseeing the delivery of annual plans and quarterly reforecasting.

You will also be responsible for supporting alignment with key Product stakeholders, including Everyday Banking and Insurance, to identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities and drive topline growth. Additionally, you will lead and provide support to the Aeroplan Relationship Management team in developing and implementing new products, partnerships, services, and projects, as well as ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion development and implementation of programs, initiatives, capabilities, product enhancements, and services to grow the Aeroplan program within Credit Cards and across the bank.
  • Owning end-to-end accountability for product portfolios' performance.
  • Developing core strategies for these products.
  • Overseeing the delivery of annual plans and quarterly reforecasting.
  • Supporting alignment with key Product stakeholders, including Everyday Banking and Insurance, to identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities and drive topline growth.
  • Leading and providing support to the Aeroplan Relationship Management team in developing and implementing new products, partnerships, services, and projects.
  • Ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of complex customer issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the financial industry and experience in product management. You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this position.

You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage competing deadlines. In addition, you should have knowledge of market research and analysis, product development, and data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL.

As a Product Manager, Aeroplan at TD Bank, you can expect a competitive salary of $91,200 - $136,800 CAD per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses and other incentives based on your performance.
