Job Overview

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to ensure patients' overall well-being;
  • Serving meal trays and assisting patients with feeding, toileting, and bathing tasks;
  • Weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients safely and comfortably;
  • Delivering messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments efficiently;
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies and ensuring timely ordering of essentials;
  • Transporting patients between care facilities when necessary;
  • Answering call signals promptly to address patients' needs and concerns;
Qualifications
  • Holding a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma from a program lasting one to two years, or equivalent experience;
  • Possessing First Aid and CPR certification for immediate response situations;
