Key Responsibilities

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement HL7 FHIR-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HL7 FHIR tooling, including Simplifier, HL7 Validator, and Forge or FHIR Shorthand.

A strong understanding of clinical terminologies, such as SNOMED-CT and LOINC, and pan-Canadian digital health standards is also required.

In addition, you will possess hands-on experience with JSON and XML, as well as excellent communication and partner engagement skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years' experience in developing HL7 FHIR-based solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital health standards, including HL7 FHIR, clinical terminologies, and pan-Canadian digital health standards.
  • Hands-on experience with interoperability standards gap analysis, environmental scan, and developing HL7 FHIR implementation guides.
  • Strong understanding of JSON and XML.
  • Excellent communication and partner engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
