Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, leveraging your expertise in Canada Goose products and services.
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the success of your store and the company as a whole.
- Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest brand initiatives and product offerings.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics, such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, and average unit retail.
- Support the maintenance of a seamless customer journey by efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments, organizing the stock room, and maintaining the sales floor and stock room inventory.
- Utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
