WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs
  • Train staff members in best practices and further develop their skills
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures
  • Manage cash handling and support the Manager in the cash process
  • Respond to customer and employee concerns in a professional and tactful manner

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a Tim Hortons or similar establishment
  • 2 years of supervision experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Experience as a cashier is an asset
