About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the financial operations and reporting needs of Go Lime Inc. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, reporting deliverables, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance reporting solutions, and maintain robust internal controls.

Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Support the closing of month-end financial records for Go Lime Inc. ensuring timelines are met for all deliverables.
  • Ensure reporting deliverables required by lenders are completed within the defined timeline and adhere to financial regulations and reporting compliance standards.
  • Support the design, development, and testing of new reporting solutions or enhancements to existing reports.
  • Assist in executing the monthly recurring billing process, encompassing billing run previews, quality checks, and transaction postings.
  • Assist in preparing monthly accounting entries and reconciliations including bank (leasing business), intercompany, provisions, etc.
  • Support and maintain internal controls recommended by lenders and external auditors.
  • Aid in preparing Business Process Memo and Process Maps for ERP, and FP&A solutions.
  • Recommend and assist in developing and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for operational and financial data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to support regular audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Prepare and design operational analytics including implementation of new metrics and KPIs as required by senior management.
  • Support special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio reviews, etc.
  • Aid in the data quality assessment of finance ops data for timely, efficient, and accurate finance ops reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • College or University degree with an accounting designation (CPA).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
  • Strong judgment & problem-solving.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team.
