Food Service Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Hire and train new food service staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that food and service meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Our food service team works in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The physical demands of the job require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.

- Dependability and ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service management.
