At Delta Shutters Inc., we are seeking a skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. The role will involve advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, reviewing candidate inventories, and contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews. The Staffing Coordinator will also be responsible for notifying applicants of the results of the selection process and preparing job offers. If you have excellent communication and organizational skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week, and will be fluent in English. The position is permanent, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
