As a Store Manager at Laura Canada Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets, closing ratios, and other key performance indicators.
  • Implement effective scheduling and floor coverage strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Act as a style advisor to customers, providing personalized fashion recommendations and building strong relationships.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to maintain a visually appealing store environment and drive sales through effective product placement.
  • Support daily store operations, including receiving merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a store management role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Passion for fashion and customer service, with a strong ability to create a positive work environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
