Job Description:
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. As a Nuclear Compliance Associate, you will support the development of efficient and leverageable nuclear trade compliance procedures across the globe. You will collaborate with cross-functional business owners to implement practical import/export nuclear compliance and logistics programs throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring corporate nuclear trade compliance programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing compliance-related projects, evaluating and implementing nuclear compliance/logistics globally, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a 4-year degree in engineering, science, or areas of nuclear regulatory compliance or international logistics.
- 3-5+ years of experience in radiation compliance, safety, or logistics-related work.
- Strong understanding of shipping/logistics processes in the nuclear field.
- Familiarity with state and country-level rules and regulations for nuclear importation and transportation.
