Job Title: Evening Custodian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team at Medicine Hat Public School Division. As an Evening Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our school facilities during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform custodial duties, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking facilities
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements
• Ensure the safety and security of school facilities and staff
• Collaborate with other facilities staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Previous custodial experience, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of facility maintenance and custodial procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
