About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and service operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service skills to enhance their performance and overall experience.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant qualifications are an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
