  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
