Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites Cloverdale. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Laundry and Linen: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closet.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • General Maintenance: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
