About the Role

Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Manulife Investment Management (MIM) Advisor Group, you will play a critical role in delivering financial and investment solutions to clients across the wealth spectrum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one needs-based conversations with clients to understand their investment and financial needs.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of various financial options and conduct financial illustrations to help them make informed decisions.
  • Guide clients through a needs-based analysis and formulate a plan of action to meet their financial goals.
  • Identify referral opportunities and work with clients to develop a comprehensive financial plan.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing roles in the financial industry, preferably in wealth or asset management.
  • Life License (LLQP) required by start date.
  • Mutual Fund License (MFDA) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately record client information.
  • High degree of integrity and a strong compliance mindset.
