We are seeking a skilled Floral Arranger to join our team at MacArthur's Flower Shop Ltd 2000. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions, including weddings, special events, and everyday customers.
- Source and select high-quality flowers, foliage, and decorative materials to ensure the best possible results.
- Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer preferences and design arrangements that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest floral design trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as floral design or a related industry.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Our shop is located in an urban area, and you will be working in a business setting. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
