We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a Commercial Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to commercial and residential consumers in the green industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via phone or through online ordering.
  • Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
  • Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in retail or wholesale setting preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products a plus.
  • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
  • Inventory management experience helpful.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
