Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a Commercial Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to commercial and residential consumers in the green industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via phone or through online ordering.
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
- Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in retail or wholesale setting preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products a plus.
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
- Inventory management experience helpful.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
