We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Sell after-sales products, including extended warranty, insurance, and chemicals, to customers and sales staff.
- Operations Management: Schedule, monitor, and control daily deliveries with sales staff and customers.
- Documentation and Administration: Prepare and document all necessary documentation for final delivery, including finance contracts, extended warranty contracts, and insurance forms.
- Department Ownership: Take complete ownership of the department, including dockets and customer files.
- Financial Management: Responsible for all necessary and/or related funding, including license fees, down payments, finance funding, and leasing funding.
- Final Delivery: Responsible for completion of all final delivery paperwork.
- Sales and Leadership Skills: Proven track record of sales success and leadership skills required.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of problems and bring them to completion.
- Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in sales and finance, with a proven track record of success.
- License Requirements: OMVIC license required.
