Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and making shipping labels
  • Use computer software to create courier labels efficiently and accurately
  • Cross-reference shipping data to ensure accuracy
  • Check and unload incoming shipments at the warehouse
  • Inspect goods received to ensure quality
  • Store or stock items in their appropriate places
  • Examine and unpack incoming shipments, record shortages, and reject damaged items
  • Maintain freezer packs in sufficient quantity and quality to ensure temperature-controlled shipping
  • Operate lift trucks or pump trucks from the shipping and receiving platform to the storage area
  • Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Responsible for monitoring the returns process
  • Sort, count, identify, verify, and track all material to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Participate in quality assurance activities as directed
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse
  • Work with the Pharmacy Operations Manager regarding performance management issues or concerns
  • Assemble, label, and provide supplies as required under specific contracts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft-based systems
