Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No formal education is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
  • Work Experience: We offer on-the-job training, so prior experience is not necessary.
  • Work Site Environment: You will be working outdoors in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Work Setting: You will be working in a fast-paced environment, often in a team setting, to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
  • Tasks: Your responsibilities will include:
    • Assisting with landscape constructions, including planting, digging, and hauling materials.
    • Raking and collecting refuse, including leaves and debris.
    • Operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
    • Applying fertilizers and other chemicals to maintain the health and appearance of plants and lawns.
    • Performing repetitive tasks, such as raking and edging, to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity. You will also be required to lift, bend, and kneel regularly.
