Job Summary

The Caregiver is a vital member of our home care team, working under the supervision of the Care Coordinator to provide personal care services to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) to clients
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
  • Assist with shopping and errands
  • Remind clients to take their medication
  • Transport clients safely and comfortably
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Follow care plans and document client progress
Qualifications
  • Current clean Background Check or be willing to obtain one
  • Ability to travel around the location territory
  • Access to Internet/mobile phone
