Employment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Consultant to join our team at Agilec. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their career goals and find meaningful employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective employment strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients in their job search, including resume building, interview preparation, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote our clients' skills and qualifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employment consulting to ensure our clients receive the most effective support.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in employment consulting or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
