Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Surecare Industrial Tech TLD. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standards.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • First Aid Certificate and WHMIS Certification an asset.
