About the Role

CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior System Integration Manager to lead our System Integration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to five System Integration professionals and overseeing the delivery of complex system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Invoicing and financial management
    • Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects
  • Business Development
    • Proposal development and business growth strategies
    • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Mentoring and Coaching
    • Mentoring and coaching team members to develop their technical and soft skills
    • Providing guidance on time management and communication
  • Technical Lead
    • Leading the technical aspects of system integration projects
    • Developing process control narratives and I/O lists
    • Developing contract documents and overseeing contract administration
    • Developing control schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel drawings
    • PLC and SCADA programming
    • Factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests
    • Site start-up and commissioning
    • Training and troubleshooting
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with five or more years of management experience in system integration and SCADA development/programming
  • Educational background in control systems, engineering/technology, electrical engineering, or computer programming
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to complete assigned work as directed in a timely fashion and work independently within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
