Job Summary

Omega Project Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Analyst to join our team. As a Surface Land Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Environmental and Property Solutions (E&PS) team, working collaboratively with the Land Agent to ensure seamless land access for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Request and complete agreements for site access, including road use for end-of-life surface sites.
  • Manage the CS Explorer land system to ensure data integrity and compliance with obligations.
  • Respond to external partner queries, including landowners, third parties, and Controllers.
  • Work closely with the ExxonMobil Budapest GBC analysts on various tasks and assignments.
  • Attend E&PS team meetings as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry policies and regulations affecting surface rights.
  • Review and adhere to all Surface Land and Corporate procedures, including business controls, cyber-security, and corporate policies.
  • Exercise sound business judgment, analytical skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication, organization, and team skills, thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of CS Explorer, IHS AccuMap, SPIN, Abadata, and Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Surface Land Analyst/administrator with a proven record working in a similar role.
  • Graduation from an accredited Surface Land Program or relevant experience.
