Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annumJob Description:Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations of the spa, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient management of resources.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee development.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring effective financial management and minimizing waste.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, maximizing return on investment and driving business growth.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and job satisfaction.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and resolving issues promptly.
Supervision and Work Conditions:
  • Lead a team of 5-10 individuals, providing guidance and direction to achieve collective goals.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.

  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success in management and leadership.
