Academic Faculty Position in Engineering Fundamentals

Position Overview
Concordia University invites applications for a three-year Extended Term Appointment (ETA) faculty position in the area of Engineering Fundamentals. As a key member of the Department of Mechanical, Industrial and Aerospace Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching core undergraduate engineering and engineering mathematics courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and develop core undergraduate engineering and engineering mathematics courses
- Supervise students' project work and contribute to Department and program administration
- Assist in the implementation of CEAB Graduate Attributes
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Aerospace engineering and a Ph.D. degree in an Engineering discipline related to these fields
- Membership in a Canadian professional engineering association, preferably in Quebec, is required
- Relevant engineering experience and/or industrial experience is an asset
