About the Role

Racar Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, and water management systems.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, conducting regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects, developing and implementing strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and that financial reports are accurate and timely.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
