Job Description:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with our residents, families, and community partners. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities to develop new business and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectivesBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, family members, and community partnersConducting regular market research to stay informed about local trends and competitor activityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales support servicesMaintaining accurate records of sales interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality, or related healthcare environments preferredPrevious sales experience and a successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive businessExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentationsProven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationshipsSchedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week (usually a Tuesday-Saturday schedule) as well as some evenings as necessaryComputer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferred
