Business Analyst Quality Assurance Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Randstad Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business experts and IT teams to facilitate data integration processes.
  • Document current business processes and technical systems, and identify potential efficiencies.
  • Write clear agile stories to propel engineering work with the product design team.
  • Create source to target mapping and define business and data harmonization rules.
  • Ensure effective user onboarding to data consumption layers.
  • Design, plan, and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts for ETL validation and regression testing.
  • Verify and validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency using ETL tools and SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and risks related to ETL testing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for remediation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, data analysis, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, and data quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
