Job Title: Platform Manager, SQL Database

Catholic Christian Outreach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Manager, SQL Database to lead the development and growth of our online platform. As a key member of our Formation department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a plan to drive the platform's continued innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to drive the platform's growth and innovation
  • Lead a team of developers and engineers to design and implement new features and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features
  • Manage and maintain the platform's technical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the platform's continued success and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and software development
  • Strong technical skills in SQL database management and development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Engage Spaces software is a plus
