Job Title: Childcare Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Educator to join our team at Simply Fun Childcare Centers Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services to children aged 0-5 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity, fostering a love for learning in young minds.
  • Tell captivating stories, teach catchy songs, and prepare crafts to engage children in activities that stimulate their imagination and curiosity.
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Monitor children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral issues, and provide parents with informative reports to support their child's growth.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss children's progress, share best practices, and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that prioritizes the children's health, security, and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Possess an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional childcare services.
  • Hold valid First Aid and CPR Certificates, showcasing your ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in childcare is an asset, indicating your adaptability and ability to thrive in this dynamic environment.
