Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
As a Food Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons, you will have the opportunity to work with a recognized employer and support newcomers and refugees. You will also have access to on-the-job training tailored to youth and develop relationships with indigenous communities.
