We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Elementary Principal to join our team at St. Joseph Catholic School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our school community and ensuring the academic and personal growth of our students.

• Lead and manage the school community to achieve academic excellence and student success
• Develop and implement effective instructional strategies and assessment methods
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Manage and allocate resources to support student learning and school operations
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives

• Completion of Part 1 & 2 of the Principal's Qualification Program
• Religious Education Specialist certification
• Special Education Part 1 or the Special Education for Administrators AQ Course
• Math Qualifications and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience

• Strong humanitarian and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Catholic Education and Indigenous Education
• Strategic problem-solving and systems thinking skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
