SAP S4/HANA Finance Lead Job Description

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S4/HANA Finance Lead to join their organization on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of SAP S4/HANA Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP S4/HANA Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement and maintain SAP S4/HANA Finance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and release notes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of testing strategies, ensuring that SAP S4/HANA Finance solutions meet business requirements and are thoroughly tested before deployment.
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S4/HANA Finance solutions, best practices, and industry trends, and apply that knowledge to improve business processes and solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in SAP S4/HANA Finance configuration and implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with SAP S4/HANA Finance solutions, data modeling, and data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori configuration and SAP Analytic Cloud is highly preferred.
  • SAP certification(s) are highly preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
