Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hair Removal Specialist to join our team. As a Hair Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hair removal services using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Hair Removal Services: Utilize various hair removal techniques, including waxing, sugaring, threading, and laser hair removal, to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients by offering personalized attention, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Assist with Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously update your knowledge and skills on the latest hair removal techniques, products, and technologies to maintain the highest level of expertise.
Requirements
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Possess a secondary education diploma or equivalent.
- Experience an Asset: Previous experience in a related field, such as aesthetics, cosmetology, or customer service, is desirable but not required.
