We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roadside Service Provider to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for providing emergency vehicle services to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct battery testing and installation of new car batteries
  • Perform minor automotive repairs and tire changes
  • Unlock vehicles and provide extrications and towing services
  • Other duties as required to ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive mechanical knowledge and experience with battery testing and replacement
  • Knowledge of the city of Winnipeg and rural geography of Manitoba
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and perform heavy lifting
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to club standards
