Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at IMP Group International Inc. as a CT-114 Aviation (AVN) Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CT-114 aircraft, including mechanical and electrical systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections, and perform ramp duties such as marshalling, parking, and fueling/defueling.
  • Travel and work in support of mobile repair parties to provide maintenance services in various locations.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Must meet one of the following eligibility streams: a graduate of a recognized aircraft maintenance or apprenticeship program, hold a current Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) "E" license, be qualified as an Aviation Technician with the Royal Canadian Air Force, or be a graduate of an equivalent foreign military/civilian basic trade-training program.
  • Must be able to achieve Maintenance Release Authorizations (MRA) in a reasonable amount of time.
  • Basic to detailed knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems, including power plants, flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, environmental systems, and safety systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as maintenance manuals, work packages, drawings, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using standard computer programs and specialized software as required.
  • Ability to drive vehicles and tow tractors.
