We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobilizing
- Collaborate with the resident and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and perform delegated nursing acts according to company policy
- Communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to Supervisor
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to seniors. If you have a valid Personal Care Worker course or equivalent, and can work a flexible schedule, we encourage you to apply.
Additional requirements include:
- Valid CPR & First Aid Certification
- Alzheimer's and Dementia Care course considered an asset
- Previous working experience with elderly in long-term care or senior living environment an asset
